Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Easy-NA mobile application operated by Shri Samarth Enterprises.

1. Services

Easy-NA facilitates the collection and tracking of documents required for Non-Agricultural (NA) Land conversion. We act as consultants and facilitators. The final approval of any NA order lies solely with the relevant Government Authorities.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

3. Payments & Refunds

Services are charged as per the rates displayed in the app or agreed upon consultation. Fees paid for government processing are non-refundable once the application is submitted.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shri Samarth Enterprises, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits.

5. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
